（二）、輥道窯干燥及燒成設(shè)備roller kiln drying and firing equipment

     1．輥道窯干燥及燒成系統(tǒng)供貨清單見表2

A輥道式干燥器roller type drying wear

該干燥窯可使磚坯在很寬的干燥周期范圍內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)均勻快速干燥，（視整個(gè)工藝參數(shù)的均一性和磚坯條件的穩(wěn)定性而定）。該干燥窯由輥臺(tái)式箱體組成，每段窯體分布輥棒，組成三層連續(xù)的運(yùn)輸通道。

This drying kiln can make the adobe dried fast and uniformity in the drying cycle, (the drying cycle is made by the adobe technics). This drying kiln was made up by roller plate type boxes, every kiln body distributing roller, and it made into three floors transporting way.   

干燥窯主要技術(shù)參數(shù)main parameter of the drying kiln：

B 燒成輥道窯firing roller kiln

（2）產(chǎn)量計(jì)算依據(jù)capacity account

以300×600mm 磚為基本產(chǎn)品，產(chǎn)量如表3所示：

注: 燒成時(shí)間最終取決配方、坯體厚薄、入窯前的水份等因素，240分鐘的基本周期只是略顯保守的計(jì)算產(chǎn)量的理論參考時(shí)間。

Note: the firing time depends on the prescription, adobe’s thickness and the moisture when inter the kiln and so on, and 240 minutes is the reference time.

五．生產(chǎn)人員編制authorized production worker

  根據(jù)本方案的生產(chǎn)工藝流程和生產(chǎn)特點(diǎn)，對(duì)全廠人員作如下編制

車間生產(chǎn)工人83人，后勤管理人員27，共110人，具體如表4所示

According to the art working and character of this project, the workers were authorized as following: workhouse: 83 persons, logistics management person:27 persons, total amount: 110 persons. Please see list four in detail.
