This machine can be installed and used separately, but it needs manual loading and unloading. It can also be equipped with automatic loading frame and unloading manipulator, extruder, tile cutter, billet feeder and tile carrier conveyor line to form tile production line, which does not need manual operation.
The worktable of this machine has six working procedures (i.e. hexagonal runner). In addition to one-stage mechanical indexing and positioning, there is also a set of precise positioning mechanism, which fully ensures the accurate positioning of the worktable die in each stamping process. The sliding table installed with the upper die is a box structure. The sliding table guide rail has a large contact length with the upper guide rail of the machine body, and each stamping of the upper die, In the process, the mud blank is punched twice, that is, after the upper die presses the tile blank in place for the first time, the upper die rises by 10 mm, so that the mud blank can be fully vented, and then the upper die presses the tile blank down in place to return to the highest position. Therefore, the service life of the die is long, and the pressed product quality is good.
This machine is equipped with a set of lubrication system. When the machine is running, it can automatically lubricate all the bearing, transmission gear mechanism, motion guide rail and other parts.
